Privacy Policy

Finewild is a free discovery app for fashion, beauty and home design. The account-free release does not offer sign-in or create accounts. Browsing, favorites and the bag work on your device. The app has no subscriptions, paid placement, or advertising. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

What we collect

• Previous accounts. Earlier versions offered Apple and Google sign-in and stored your name and email address with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). The account-free release does not contact that sign-in service. Existing account records are preserved until deletion is requested and completed.
• Favorites. Favorites in the Communite catalog are stored on your device and are not uploaded for account synchronization. Earlier versions stored account-linked favorites with Supabase. Those historical records remain separate from the new catalog and are not reassigned to different products.
• Catalog delivery. Public product information and images are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives connection information, including your IP address, to deliver that content. Catalog requests do not include your Finewild account details, bag, addresses or saved-favorite identifiers.
• Historical analytics. Earlier releases used PostHog's EU service for app lifecycle and review-prompt events, app/device information and a randomly assigned identifier that could be linked to a signed-in account. The account-free release does not initialize that service or send new analytics events. Historical analytics remain subject to the access and deletion rights below.
• Data kept on your device. Your bag and Communite favorites are stored locally. Saved delivery addresses from earlier versions remain on the device and are not reassigned to another account. Finewild does not upload those addresses or collect card or payment information. You enter delivery and payment details on Communite's website when you choose to order.

What we never do

• No advertising and no ad trackers — the app contains no third-party ad SDKs.
• No selling or renting of personal data, to anyone, ever.
• No payment processing — orders are completed on Communite's website, under its own privacy policy and terms.
• No scanning of your email, contacts, photos, or anything outside the app.

Where your data lives

Account and historical synced favorites data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Historical analytics was processed by PostHog's EU service. The new public catalog is delivered by Cloudflare; new favorites and the bag stay on your device. Purchases on Communite are handled under the retailer's privacy policy.

Your rights

The account-free release has no login or account-creation flow. Open More → Previous account & data for information about records from earlier releases. Contact us below for access to or deletion of those records, including historical account-linked analytics. Removing this app does not delete earlier server records. Remove current device favorites by tapping their hearts and remove bag items from the bag.

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or complete deletion of your account and everything tied to it at any time — email parisbrugemons@gmail.com and we will complete deletion within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Links to the retailer

The Communite catalog update opens products on Communite. The retailer's privacy policy applies on its website. Product links may include a barcode to identify your chosen size; they do not contain your Finewild account, address or payment details. Earlier versions also linked to brands' own websites, whose policies apply there.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the new effective date above.
