Privacy Policy

Effective 5 July 2026

Finewild is a members-only discovery app for emerging fashion & design brands. Our business model is a member subscription — not advertising — so we have no reason to harvest, profile, or sell your data. This policy explains the little we do collect and why.

What we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your name and email address (with Sign in with Apple you can hide your real email). This is stored with our database provider, Supabase, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1).
• Your activity in the app. Saves/favorites and basic usage signals (such as which products or brands are viewed) that help us understand what members love and improve the edit. This data stays with us — it is never shared with brands in a form that identifies you, and never sold.
• Subscription status. Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We only learn whether a subscription is active — we never see your card or billing details.

What we never do

• No advertising and no ad trackers — the app contains no third-party ad SDKs.
• No selling or renting of personal data, to anyone, ever.
• No payment processing — buying from a brand happens on the brand's own website, under the brand's own privacy policy and terms.
• No scanning of your email, contacts, photos, or anything outside the app.

Where your data lives

Account and activity data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Subscription and payment data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or complete deletion of your account and everything tied to it at any time — email parisbrugemons@gmail.com and we will complete deletion within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Links to brand websites

Finewild links out to independent brands' own websites. Once you leave the app for a brand's site, that brand's privacy policy applies. We do not add tracking or affiliate parameters to those links.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the new effective date above.
