By downloading or using CarWidgets, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use CarWidgets on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

CarWidgets Pro subscription

CarWidgets Pro is an auto-renewable subscription:

• CarWidgets Pro Annual — €10.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Drive safely

CarWidgets is an informational aid only. Do not interact with your phone while driving. Always watch the road and obey local laws. Speed, range, weather, and speed-limit information may be inaccurate or delayed and must not be relied upon for safety or navigation.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or try to disrupt it. The AI sound feature must not be used to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
